This is a sturdy bench for our entryway at the bottom of the stairs. Looks like a nice piece of furniture and solves the issue of a place to put items that are easily accessed.GREAT QUALITY, WORTH EVERY PENNY. STURDY, NICE FINISH, AND PERFECT SIZE.Added some covert for my shoes and looks great. Now I can sit when I have to put on my shoes that require buckling and zipping up.The instructions aren’t the best mainly because it doesn’t illustrate the top from bottom on the racks, but it was easy to assemble. Probably better for kid shoes. I wear a 10.5 and I can only put 2 pair of shoes on each rack. If it were about 3 inches longer the 3rd pair would fit and it’d be perfect. Nevertheless it’s a good purchase at the right price.Ok I think I jinxed myself as I assembling... I said outloud... "wow, this is probably the easiest thing I have ever assembled!" Then i hit a minor snag when I went to out the legs into the seat frame but with a minor detour was able to get everything together. All the holes line up nicely. Love that they include extra parts and the tools to assemble.Only thing I don't like is the logo stamped on the edge of the bench. Easy enough to turn the unit around so the logo goes on the backside. Would be great if the logo stamp was on the underside of the bench as is done with most furniture.Overall very pleased with the value for then money.This shoe bench was the perfect size for where I needed it. I needed 2 of them so I ordered one in this brown and the other in natural.They were easy to assemble... I had my son helping me so it was faster than if I had been doing it alone. However, I could have easily done it by myself following the instructions provided which were easy to follow and accurate. Before started I did do a count of the variety of screws, washers, nuts, and bolts... and I set them apart from one another so I could easily access them at the time they were needed in the assembly process. It made it much easier and faster to do this. They were very sturdy when we were done.I normally don't like getting the darker finishes on my furniture because it shows scratches more easily. I am happy with it matching my color scheme for the living room. As far as whether or not it scratches, only time will tell that one.The natural shoe bench is very nice looking and I am very happy with it. I have it in my mudroom with another shoe bench of the same finish so they match nicely.I cannot think of anything negative about these benches.They are sturdy, and good looking; easy to assemble; and the right size for the space I needed to place them.I am happy with this bench and I do recommend Gold Armour.This will do its job for the price I paid. The painted wood does shard off a little bit on edges and I was a tad nervous for it to hold my body weight but it looks cute and works for my kids shoes! Easy to assemble. No bad odors from packaging.Fit and finish is a little off, making assembly a bit of a stretch and pull operation. Bench is pretty nice, otherwise. Seems fairly sturdy. Looks nice.I bought this item to put my spring-planted bulbs on. It is just the right height for the window and sturdy enough to hold the plant pots or whatever else I decide to put on it. As a shoe rack it is great but I also like the versatility of this item. Cannot go wrong with black as a decorator item & I am sure I will get much use out of this for a variety of needs for years to come. Great price! My husband assembled in 15 minutes and instructions/packaging/shipping were all excellent.Definitely I would spend a bit more money on one that was nicer. Ok for price but squeaks when you sit on it and is sturdy but not for 200lbsGood bench. Fairly sturdy
