Overall, we are happy with the 10-pocket shoe organizer except for 2 things:a) The color is not truly red, but more like a burnt orange color. I can't find any other shoe organizer in red so we kept it. I will upload a photo to show the color.b) The item was smashed into a mailing envelope which kind of ruined the corner edges since the bamboo pierced the red/orange fabric at the corners. However, it's not really noticeable once it's hanging inside a closet. It wasn't worth the hassle of exchanging it even though the vendor did offer. For those 2 reasons, I knocked off 1 star. Nonetheless, I would recommend this to friends and family as they as they weren't stuck on the color being a true red. I must admit that I am happy to have the shoes organized in our coat closet now. Plus the bamboo mat inside each shoe pocket will help it from getting the fabric dirty over time. Although I got it over a month ago, I feel that it is fairly well made and should last. This organizer is well made and sturdy so 3 stars for that. Unfortunately the pockets are so shallow that only the flattest of sandals or slippers can fit and only one per slot no matter how flat. Too bad because everything else is good quality. It does not sag like most of them. If they had just used a tiny bit more fabric for the dart at the bottom of each pocket, it would have been perfect and, of course, useful. I bought it and then didn't unwrap it right away so I am stuck with it but I would not buy it again or recommend it unless you are going to use it for paintbrushes, not for shoes.I use this to store just about everything, it has a ton of space and is currently holding 10ish pairs of flats/heels, 4 bags, and around 10 sweaters. It makes my closet so much more roomy. I have it hanging on the second bar of my sort of strangely set up closet and it just barely clears the floor, so if you have a short closet bar it may not be the best fit. It's a nice color and I like that the shelves and sides are firmer than other cheaper ones I've seen in stores, the construction is good and I don't see it falling apart anytime soon, and I love the two hooks - they're metal and sturdy and make the whole thing really stable. This product appears to be well made and should last a long time. Ideal length for my application. I had 2 clothes hooks mounted on the closet door and wanted to hang the organizer below them using two wood screws with washers for a semi-permanent mount. Worked out as planned. My only con is: The pockets are too small for some of my heavier, thick soled shoes. Most styles fit OK so it's not a big deal for me.Over the door shoe organizer is just what I needed toget shoes off the floor of closet and in easy reach for quick decisions. It's much lighter than I expected, yet is sturdy due to bamboo backing. Color is great; pockets are large enough to hold even high wedge sandles. For my purposes, I am very, very pleased.I get lots of compliments on this because of how different it looks. The bamboo backside is super sturdy, so I am not worried about it chipping/flaking off after prolonged exposure to the backs of shoes. The red fabric is very thick and durable also. These shelves are economical and attractive, but the drawers the company claims are made to fit in it, absolutely don't. You can technically cram them into the hanging shelves, but it practically takes a pair of pliers to get them out. And they don't stretch out and get easier. The drawers are simply useless in these shelves.Color is NOT red...it is definitely burnt orange as another reviewer pointed out. Overall it looks to be a quality product, though, if the color is not your main buying point over function.
