Press them and make sure there’s no air inside the sticky patch. Leave it for 24 hours before using.

Bought this to add on top my sink as a draining rack. The adjustable width makes it perfect for fitting whatever space you have, and the all-metal construction and the shape/form with the rounded corners makes it much better looking than other drain racks and shelves that have those cheap-looking plastic connectors and ends. When it slides to adjust the width, it is stiff so it'll stay in whatever width you set it-- as in it won't slide easily to a different width which is perfect. I have it spanning a 27 inch width and it holds the weight of dishes just fine. It does bow a tiny bit in the middle if there's a lot of weight on it, but I'm not planning to put anything super heavy on it.. just dishes. I didn't use the included adhesive hooks to install it. Instead, I added a couple wood blocks to the sides of my cabinets and the shelf just rests on top those blocks when I need the shelf. When i don't need the shelf, it gets put away on the inside of the cabinet door. It's slim enough to fit there heels with two adhesive hooks. Love this. Looks great. The way i installed it means it takes up zero space in my tiny kitchen. No issues.
